The professors at Wenzhou-Kean TESOL, with their cutting-edge teaching philosophies and efficient teaching methods, have helped me continuously reflect on my teaching practices and strive for improvement. During my first year of study, the summer experience in the PIEP (Practicum in English Education Program) profoundly impacted me. It provided me with a deeper understanding of the role of teachers in the classroom and allowed me to experience how to truly create a student-centered learning environment. This experience has dramatically inspired my future teaching endeavors.

Throughout my time at Wenzhou-Kean, I actively participated in educational volunteer activities organized by the university. With sincerity and dedication, we entered local schools and communities, embodying the mission of educators. Through this process, I experienced personal growth and gained strength, as it gave me the courage to self-reflect and instilled a sense of social responsibility. I am deeply grateful for this extraordinary learning journey at Wenzhou-Kean, which ignited my passion for teaching and gave me the courage to overcome challenges. In my subsequent teaching career, I always carry the lessons learned at the College of Education at Wenzhou-Kean University. I focus on understanding the diverse educational backgrounds of students, valuing them as active learners, and creating a classroom environment that promotes authentic learning. This pursuit aims to foster an efficient learning atmosphere and a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
