Saheed’s expertise is in the areas of: k12 leadership, higher education leadership, leadership improvement, and policy reform, teacher leadership and professional development, internationalization of higher education, educational policy, human resources management in education, organizational behavior in education, and research methods in education. He has published in reputable journals in education including: International Journal of Leadership in Education, Higher Education Evaluation and Development, International Journal of Higher Education, Malaysian Online Journal of Educational Management, Global Journal of Al-Thaqafah, and a host of others.
